Headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Texas Keystone Inc. (TKI) is a privately owned, vertically integrated oil and gas company. TKI and its affiliates engage in the acquisition, exploration, development and production of natural gas and oil properties in the Appalachian Basin with operations in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia and New York.

Since 1988, we have facilitated the drilling of 1,000 wells, primarily on behalf of investors in sponsored private offering programs. In addition, we currently oversee the operation and distribution activities of 930 actively producing wells through three field offices in New York and Pennsylvania.
